Upright but open habit.
Flowers: a striking white semi-double with a boss of stamens; to 8cm across.
Mid season.
Foliage: smallish, matt and paler green than japonicas - typical of
williamsii.
A good white - the flowers are fairly weatherproof in all but exposed positions.
